The robe is salmon pink and the nose is fruity, straightforward and delicate, the
seductively fresh and balanced palate is full of fresh grape flavours.
Serve at 8°C.
May be kept for 1 to 2 years.

This sparkling wine of quality is made according to "Méthode Traditionnelle".
The wine is selected with the Gamay grape variety.
"BRUT Rosé" is bottled after a first "fermentation" in vat. Then the bottles laid on racks during 9 months.
Light, goes well with all desserts.
Serve very cool at 8°C
