It is exceptional nectar of red Beaujolais from granitic chalk-clay soil. 15 years ago the winegrowers have chosen to sow grass between the rows: now there are less bunches and best quality wines.

Wine characteristics

This Cuvée is aged for 6 to 8 months in oak barrels. The winemakers take care of this wine until to bottle it one year after the harvest.

It is exceptional nectar and is a delight to oaked wine lovers.
